Soaring Over

I've always been curious about what places look like from above—you know, that view you get for just a few seconds from an airplane window before you're past it. Getting a drone changed everything for me. Suddenly, I could hover over that interesting coastline I'd walked a hundred times, or float above the forest trails I thought I knew completely, and see patterns and details that were invisible from ground level. These videos are what I've captured on my travels, mostly just wandering around with my drone and finding spots that look different from up there. Some places are from well-known travel spots, and others are those off-the-beaten-path spots that locals told me about—the kind of places that don't make it into guidebooks but absolutely should.
