I have always been curious about what places look like from above, that view you get for a few seconds from an airplane window before the moment is gone.
Getting a drone changed how I travel. Suddenly, I could hover over a coastline I had walked a hundred times, or float above forest trails I thought I knew well, and find patterns and details that are invisible from the ground. These videos are what I have captured along the way, mostly just wandering with my drone and finding spots that reveal something different from up there.
Some are well-known destinations, and others are the off-the-beaten-path places that locals pointed me toward, the kind that never make it into guidebooks but absolutely should.
